Laser engraved logo

Laser engraving is mainly used on metal or wood shells. The characters engraved by this technology are not nicked, and the surface of the object is smooth, and the writing will not wear out and fade.

Silk screen logo

Screen printing is to transfer the ink to the U disk shell of the printing through the perforation of the orifice plate with a certain pressure to form an image or text. Can print multiple colors, but not suitable for gradient colors.

Embossed logo

Embossing is to put the holster between the upper and lower molds, and the thickness of the material changes under pressure. The embossed LOGO is made on the holster, and the shell of other materials can't be done.

Color printing logo

Color printing is mostly used for card U disk (flat metal or plastic), the shell must be a very light color surface, the dark surface can not print the effect (the surface is curved, the circle can not make color printing), can print a variety of colors, can also be printed Gradient effect.

Epoxy logo

The glue LOGO is made on a piece of glue, and then glued to the U disk. The glue LOGO is also charged by color. Generally, if you can't print the LOGO, you can choose to make glue, but there must be a place for sticking glue on the U disk.

Pad printing and roll printing

Pad printing is printed on a curved surface, and the color of the printed LOGO should not be too much, and the effect of gradation cannot be printed; roll printing is printed on a round surface.

About capacity

The existing capacity of our factory's U disk is as small as 256MB and as large as 128GB. The common capacity is 1GB/2GB/4GB/8GB/16GB/32GB, the capacity is different, the price is different.

About samples

Payment terms

Sample: Laser logo and card color printing are free for proofing. For silk screen logo, a proofing fee of 300 yuan will be charged (products are not included)
Bulk goods: 30% of the total payment will be paid as a deposit after the order is placed, and the remaining balance will be paid when the inspection is completed and shipped. Shipment in batches is based on specific circumstances.

After-sales warranty

The warranty period of the product as a chip is 5 years. The warranty period of the product is black colloid for one year.
Other important matters:
1. After sending the repaired product, please contact our factory in time.
2. Make a backup of the files stored in the repaired product. Our factory is not responsible for repairing files and restoring materials.
3. When the product cannot be repaired, our factory only replaces the equivalent product during the warranty period.
